Kimberly Anne Rios

It is with great sadness that the family of Kimberly Anne Rios announces he passing at the age of 52 on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

Kim was born in Newport Beach, California, to Jack Swartz and Patricia Salios on March 3, 1969. She went to Marina High School and graduated in 1987. She worked in escrow and then at Hurley Surfware for a number of years. After her working years she was a homemaker and found her greatest joy as a mother. She enjoyed music, playing the piano, spending time with family and friends, travel, and sports. 

Kim will be sadly missed by her children, Tyler Rios, 28, of Huntington Beach and Zoe Rios, 22, of Long Beach; her parents, Constantino Salios, Jr. and Patricia Salios of Huntington Beach, her sister, Amanda Torihara of Chicago, Illinois, and Megan Shahabi of Irvine, California; her brothers in law Koji Torihara of Chicago, Illinois, and Ari Shahabi  of Irvine, California; her nieces, Keiko Torihara and Millie Shahabi; her nephews, Kenji Torihara and Henry Shahabi; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

A celebration of life will be held at Beachpoint Church: 17415 Magnolia Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 11am.
