Jenny was born in San Antonio, TX and moved to Colton, CA in 1956. Jenny attended
and graduated in 1963 from Colton High School where she met her husband Arnie
Aparicio in their senior year. They were married June 25, 1966 in Colton, CA 
and recently celebrated 56 years of marriage.
Jenny worked for the Orange County Department of Education
 for 30 years and retired in 2008.
Jenny and Arnie traveled all over the world with close friends creating beautiful
memories. Their most recent trip in June was a cruise in Amsterdam, Iceland and
Ireland. Jenny enjoyed spending time with family and her love and faith with the lord.
She was actively involved in Christian Services and was a Eucharistic Minister for the
homebound. Jenny also loved to read the newspaper daily and loved cats, especially
her kitty Olivia.
Jenny is survived by her husband Arnie Aparicio, son Chris Aparicio, daughter Cathy
Aparicio-Harrison, daughter-in-law Lisa Aparicio, son-in-law Troy Harrison, grandson
Isaac Harrison and granddaughter Ava Harrison and her brother Sotero Ibarra.
She was preceded in death by her siblings: Nicolas Ibarra, Roque “Rocky” Ibarra and
her sister Maria Ibarra Silva.
