Erma Linda Aroz

Erma Linda Aroz was born May 21, 1950 in Watsonville, California to Joe C. Aroz and Rachael Sanchez Aroz.  Eventually, Joe moved the three kids, Charles, Erma, and David to Long Beach, California, where he raised them.  Joe was a loving father who devoted his entire life caring for his children and others, especially his beloved Erma.  Erma suffered with health challenges that prevented her from being able to do some things but that didn’t stop her from being productive and successful.  Erma worked most of her life and was very proud of her accomplishments.  She would arrive home each day with a paper clenched in her hand with her productivity for the day.  Her Dad always praised her and told her what a good job she did. Her response, “Yep!” Erma was a delight to everyone who knew her.  When she smiled at you her whole face lit up.  There was no holding back her love for others. 

Erma passed from this life to her eternal home on November 19, 2019 at the age of 69 in Huntington Beach, California.  Erma was reunited with her loving Dad.  She is survived by her brothers, Charles (Linda) and David (Pam) and by her half-brother, Roy (Corina).  She is survived by too many family members to list but Erma’s sweet spirit left an imprint on the heart of everyone who knew her.
